*** The Rules ***

The 2016 Powerlifting Totals table will be for lifts performed ONLY in 2016! Last years and subsequent years totals will be included in this thread for comparisons sake.

I would really recommend you put your totals on this board no matter how big or small. It's a nice way to track your progress and can occasionally generate a bit of competition between members which always results in more gainz ;)

For those of you who have had massive changes in their training regimes over the years, I'll include a "Life Time PB Totals" list which is opt-in only - if you don't explicitly ask to be included in this you won't be. Let's face it, most people's personal best will be their current one.

  • State your 1RM (one rep max) for the 3 big lifts in Kilos. Preferably using a normal Olympic 20kg barbell.
    1. Squat
    2. Bench
    3. Deadlift
  • State your bodyweight in Kilos.
  • If you have less than 250 posts, please post a video if you want to join us on the score board.

Please advise if you use a belt, straps, smith machine and/or any other lifting aids or non standard machinery, if we are not satisfied it counts for this league it will be discounted.

Ideally it would be great if you could post a video of the lift (this is not mandatory for existing contributers), if you have less than 250 posts on the forum we would prefer a video for proof, not for the sake of disbelief or lack of trust, more for the sake of interest of those taking part who are long time members on the forum. All we ask is that you are honest about your lifts.

I've got a competition in a couple of weeks so I'm hoping to beat that on squat and bench at least (torn piriformis and glute make deadlifts extremely uncomfortable)
 
Hi Guys,

Weight up to 110kg

Deadlift up to 235kg and squat was last at 220KG but been having knee issues so haven't PB squat for a while.

On a cut for a February holiday but hopefully I will want to be increasing those totals after that. Raohns how have you got .7 on your deadlift?
 
I haven't done "true" 1RMs this year yet as I'm still getting back into it. But over the past week I did a few "feelers" to help me fine tune a programme for the first quarter of 2016.

Quite a lot lower than my PBs but I'll use this as a target for the year. :)

That is where I'm at as of New Year, haven't trained properly since October. Hopefully stay injury free this year and hit 140, 100, 180. Just need my shoulder back to 100%, which is really taking its time!
