Two weeks of progressive deadlifts. Finally. Just need a good squat day on Monday!
For triceps isolation, what do you guys favour?
I have stuck to rope pushdown (Push Day) but think i may add dips into this or instead of. I also add in tricep cable overhead...thing...sorry don't know the exact term!

I’ve taken a break just because I’ve been ill. Self isolating in fact.
I’ll either go back next week or the week after.
I stopped at the beginning of week 4 of madcows. Should I go back and repeat week 4 or start back at an earlier week because I’m guessing I’ll have lost strength?
