Yeah pretty much, size of your house compared to neighbours sold price extrapolating for inflation.

Nothing special by any means.

Our house fortunatly has more rooms than the others, huge garage, double gardens etc. Worth more than the neighbouring ones. There were some concerns being that old people who own those houses keep dying so the houses get sold for next to nothing, lowering the prices of those around them.

FWIW I don't care about people on here knowing about it, I have nothing to hide and nothing to prove either.
