That doesn't happen to me.

It only goes down when i take a screenshot but only happens for a second or two and then it's back to normal (over 100fps)

Nah, getting fed up with SA:MP now

Too many foreign kids playing it accusing you of "haxoring" when they have a 300 ping. Tired of getting random crashes aswell

looks like hdr in them screen shots, like the last one with the hole in the cave and light coming through. I want mine too look like that but the hdr patch i never got working and the patches seemed to knacker up when running them aswell.

Cant they just make a 1.5patch or something that has the option for HDR and whatever else. How do you turn on 'paradise' mode?

In the video options, you'll see 'Render Options' in the bottom left corner where you can turn on paradise mode. It looks like HDR, but the lighting doesn't react like it does in the 1.4 patch HDR when moving from dark to light areas. Also, the effects seen in the game may vary depending on your graphics card since the latests patches enable SM3.0.

do you have the high res textures and 64bit patch on aswell. might install again and just get the 1.4 patch. ive got an x1800XT

titanium -just found the game still installed with thr 1.33 patch. tried in paradise mode and 4xAA and 8xAF. what a beautiful game, might play it again soon! sorry for lack of variety!
