Wonder how quick the mifi on three is then... surely only a bit slower if anything then having a sim card in the iPad?
What exactly do you mean by that :S?I use a mifi with my ipad and found it is fine. Advantage too is that you can put where the signal is stronger if you are in a weak signal area.
I got a mifi over the weekend. Works really well and my only complaint about Three so far is the signal down the West Coast Mainline. Vodafone is much better, Three signal was very patchy on the rail line. Everywhere else it's been great though. I've just gone for 1GB PAYG to start with, I'll work out which tariff is best later on when I've got an idea of how much I'm using.
Don't know really... I have a feeling its not but it makes sense that it is! I know 3 have a online help chat you could ask on there, though they would most likely say yes either way. I could try using it with my Virgin phone sim when mine arrives on Wednesday. Is the mifi locked to 3?

Went for the 5GB sim only 1month contract so.
Might be cheaper anyway if you just do it over there. How long you going for?
Has anyone bought the keyboard dock for the iPad? I wanted to buy one for uni as my laptop has a real bad battery life.
I would like to ask you all how are you syncing your main desktop email and your email on your iPad? I had a crazy day trying to sort this out to no avail
I.e. going POP route or IMAP route etc... but tbh, it gave me such a headache trying to sort it out...
Could any of you tell me how you have setup your desktop/iPad email system? Thanks
