I have at the mo an ipad 1, work are giving me and ipad two 
I need to reset this ipad 1 back and transfer my stuff across to the new one..
not sure how to do it though? wont this ipad 1 still be connected to my i tunes account?

Connect to iTunes > Transfer Purchases then Backup Device.
Connect iPad2, hey presto.

I just ordered one for myself 16GB 3G gets delivered on Thursday.. cant wait. So... how do I protect it against the dangers of this world. I have been thinking of ordering a dodocase from sampli, but £60... are there any cheaper better alternatives chaps?

It was pretty painless to get it replaced went to the Regent st apple store and they gave me a new one, no questions asked. I am glad its so simple to exchange them. The apple service chaps are a little bit smug though..
I can't wait for my dodocase to arrive so I can house it somewhere safe. 16GB in retrospect is way to small to hold all these magazines.. but it'll have to do now for now.

First Generation iPads have just hit the refurb store again... I am debating it..
Would I really have a need for it? No. It'd just be something to have and use from time to time, grr I hate Impulse Buyer Syndrome!
Bought a first gen iPad before but took it back after 2 days because I couldn't justify the price for what I would use it for. Why do I want one again? Curse you, Apple!
