@AMD_Vik perfect thanks! I look forward to seeing them and hopefully I can still toggle this option.have sent a reminder about this - should be reflected in release notes soon
Try using DDU and do a clean driver installI keep getting driver timeout errors on my 7900GRE and have a white light on my motherboard which means a gpu fault but it seems to be working fine. I am on the latest drivers for everything. What could be going on here?
Is there a "best" version of the driver at the minute or should I just get the latest?
I'm on slightly older drivers and wonder if I should update because in Black Ops 6 it doesn't render the gun (at least in the benchmark) and it also gets really bad FPS (even lowering settings and enabling FSR didn't increase the framerates).

Updated to the latest drivers and can confirm the gun is now displaying!24.3.something or maybe 24.4.something
I'm not surprised. It was Corsair cables that melted when my old Vega 64 decided to pull a bit of power. It's certainly not the first place you go look. Glad you found out what was causing you problems. So it turns out my 7900XTX instability issue, Black screen reboot when a sufficient load was put on it, Was all down to my PSU cables.
I have the official Corsair ShiftX after market braided/sleeved replacement kit, Out of curiosity I swapped out just the GPU cables for the stock ones and problem solved.
@AMD_Vik Apologies to AMD for blaming your drivers
I've never RMA'd cables before, Should be fun XD
I think this was a recent change. I'll see if I can get this release noted.
Why is this driver not on the main page here:
Amd driver team are slacking with shoddy and late driver upates, nearly 2 months since last official.
