Is the AMD Install Manager an optional update?
Although as I didn't get a9070i guess there's no real need to install these, so I guess it doesn't matter.

I was testing the ghosting in Dead Space and it is still there when you fast pan around the character but like the slide shows, it should be reduced vs version 2, and I think it is.

Prices of second hand GPU are stupid too, a 7800XT is still worthwhile upgrade for me, but asking for £400?

I've not had an AMD card for a long time but now I have the 9070. Installed the GPU drivers and software not unsure what I'm doing with it. It's there anything I should be looking at changing? There are 3 preset modes I see, what do each do?

reverted back to the last drivers dont see any improvemt just draws more power

Mine is constantly asking to restart. Just upgraded from 5900x to 9800x3d mobo ram etc. tbh, probably just going for a clean install win 11 and some undecided Linux distribution.
I think I had a recent chipset driver version from last month, but it says there was an update so I installed that once the GPU (7900xt) was done.
The reboot failed, stayed on black screen after POST. Left it there for a couple of mins then a manual reset got me into Windows 11 with the 'driver failure default settings' message.
All working fine now.

It's optional. I'm working towards making sure that AI tab is completely hidden for people who don't have the AI features installed.
Nah this is a UI mockup mistake. FSR 4 is contingent on ML HW improvements offered specifically in RDNA 4. It may be possible to run with RDNA 3, but it wouldn't be very performant with this model.
