I was considering popping in a second 290X to test FreeSync but realised that I don't actually have a FreeSync monitor. Matt mate! Heard you don't want yours anymore. Courier it over here babez!

New drivers 15.7 Win 8.1 x64 are giving me random lock ups on BF4. Screen just freezes then I have to alt + tab out and close BF4 with task manager.
Anyone else getting this?

Who else does not have VSR, but should according to the release notes of 15.7?

Yet to see anyone with a R7 265 or 7800 series state they have this option in CCC.

The VSR option is missing for me with 2x 7850 in crossfire (attached to 2 monitors, one via DP1.2, other via DVI if that makes any difference). The FRTC menu is present though.

Didi you remove the old catalyst first?
If so then you have a hardware fault as this driver runs perfectly.

Anyone having issues with the witcher 3 and crossfire scaling using 15.7 drivers? My performance has plummeted quite a bit compared with the previous modded driver...
On the plus side all random flashing when using crossfire has gone!

yeah done express uninstall then ran ddu as i had modded drivers and it only happens in bf4 when i tab out of it to check my temps as afterburner overlay wil not work in bf4 after this new driver

Hmmm AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding is missing from the menu when I try to do a manual install. All the others are there. Why is it missing Never had this before.

yea its easy you just add the game.exe to RTSS and set the frame rate and it instantly caps it.

Question is, does RTSS have the same effect/benefits as FRCT? If it is the exact same thing then why does FRCT not work on DX9? Anyone shed any light on this?

AFAIK, they both do exactly the same thing, just don't allow the fps to go above whatever limit you set.

People around the world, buy the Zotac Amp! Extreme. Quick 3d Mark extreme, stock voltage, +111% power limit, +100 Core, +389 mem (just to keep it @ 2000).

P.S. Power limite reached: 101%. And I even have a lame ASIC of 68% (we've said it doesn't matter, guess it's true).

The new 15.7 drivers any good? Downloaded them but still not tried them, using a 290 here.
