Can confirm using a 7950 on windows 8.1 with cat 15.7
vsr and frtc are present and fully working.

vsr works for me with a pair of 7950's, can upscale to 1440p

No 15.7 are the optimized drivers that we've been hoping to get for a while, They should be fine on any OS there meant for whether it's 7, 8, 8.1 or 10. They give me nice boosts with my 290x on 8.1.

15.7 were broke for me on Windows 10 causing horrible stuttering issues. Running the previous drivers just fine though!

Getting noticable mouse lagg in games with the new 1046.2 Win10 drivers. Vsync is not turned on.

There seems to be problems for AMD and Nvidia with Win 10, For me 15.7 are running great on Win 8.1.

@amd Matt or AMD Joe - can you confirm if AMD are working on driver optimizations for "Ark Survival Evolved"?

I'm not referring to crossfire profiles, simply general driver optimizations etc.

The game uses unreal engine 4.

what issues are you having Dave? I know several running 290s without issues in that game. I don't have it yet so I can't test....payday maybe

Though I have enough to play right now......ask Matt he gets most of my videos tweeted to him LOL

I'm willing to bet Windows update overwrote your drivers and made a hash of things. Try reinstalling 15.7, it worked for me.

Hmmm, it may of I did do a manual install of 15.7 and Windows didn't mention anything about an update!

I'll give it ago with the fix to not force driver updates as that is rather dumb for advanced users especially for gaming rigs!

Nothing major, I'm getting decent performance at the moment, though there is definitely room for improvement driver wise. I had to disable quite a few graphics options to get a stable fps during combat etc.

NVIDIA have begun optimizing drivers for this popular game, so I was interested in AMD were following suit

Is P.Cars still crap on AMD? Hope they improve it will be watching here, it's the single factor between 970 and 390 for me right now...

It's a shame how a single game can get neglected like this one seems to have been, AMD's performance in it looks atrocious yet for the majority of other titles the opposite can be said.

The PCARS devs have hinted they will release a DX12 patch because in their words "PCARS loves DX12" so if the Fury X has stronger DX12 performance than the 980 Ti then yes it will beat the 980 Ti but we'll have to wait and see
