Yup i have. I am also using the HTML5 player.

Used DDU so it was a clean install. Tried reinstalling again and it's still doing it. :(

What card do you have? Maybe it's just a certain model of card having the issue? Since Begbie is having the problem too.

Tried on Chrome, crashed also and it took Firefox out with it. Gta v seems to be working for me, at a good 22-26fps though!

I think I have the worst 390x ever

I guess these are not the rumoured ' Omega' style drivers. I hope the rumour was true though otherwise a bit disappointed with just a redesign of CCC..

No, the ones that just have the redesigned CCC are due (rumoured) to be released on the 24th.

'Omega' style performance ones, may be around end of the year, if theres going to be some.

Hi AMDMatt,

Can you get some traction on this problem " Horizontal flickering and image tearing in 2D (3 screens, R9 290x), 15.7 and up "

https://community.amd.com/thread/185472

I currently run 3 x Dell 2407FPWs on my 290x with 2 x DVI and 1 x DP and this is driving me nuts!!

My workaround is just to momentarily disable one of my three display then I say "no" when if the driver asks me if I want to keep that changes, the flickering then disappears but returns later, rinse then repeat ;)

Well ever since windows 10 when you select 4:3 1280x960 in csgo you get black borders.
Normally you would go to ccc and enable upscaling and select scale image to full panel size and it would tretch the image to fullscreen.

This doesnt work anymore (not sure bout other games)

You can ''fix'' it by installing 15.6 beta drivers for windows 8.1, but yeh who wants that ;p

There is a workaround using a program but that seems to crash pc once in a while so kind af a hassle.

Let me give it a try.

Edit
Yeah I get black broader also. I can force full screen with Monitor settings though. BenQ has support for 4:3

Being a nvidia/gameworks sponsored game..... don't hold your breath Tony!

EDIT:

If they have turned the gamedoesntwork god rays effect to ultra, that will hammer the FPS, probably more so for AMD cards i.e. just like hairworks in the witcher 3, safe to say though that you can turn that down to low and get a huge FPS boost with no difference in graphics unless they ****ed up the images

The screen corruption bug is really bad today. When I connect to the VM I use for work it happens after about 5s (using Remote Desktop). The VM uses VMWare player and its running Windows 10 Pro. I have tried connecting to a Hyper-V VM and that's OK. I have just turned hardware acceleration off in the VM settings and it has not bugged out so maybe that can help track the bug down. This really needs fixing as if it messes with work then its time to switch to NVidia:(

Update
Looks like turning hardware acceleration off has not fixed it as its just bugged out again:mad: Don't know why its got so bad as its been working fine until know? Sort of hope the card just dies so i can get something else, it works fine for games but the corruption bug is a killer:(

Did you report this in AMD driver feedback page?
Does VMware have GPU acceleration?
