dear AMDmatt reply sometime lol...
Thanks for another AAA driver for titanfall 2.. it is great running a really old game engine that is terrible.
oh and once again no bloody crossfire support.
I am so going green after my last rigs are as follows.
2x 7970's
2x 799's (they kept the house warm in the winter)
2x amd fury x's
what is the point. stop giving it all this 4k gaming and crossfire ready rubbish that are on your outlets sites. Crossfire is not ready and never will be.. trading standards here i come.
You could get away with it if they say "crossfire ready...if you are lucky" how about that ?
there is some poor guy on your AMD forum that loaved BF1 so much (not to clued up) so he went all out crossfire. Go and read his post... i think AMD should refund him
btw you still haven't fixed witcher3 crossfire.. "claps hands".
Until Vega releases AMD have not got any 4k cards.
Is the latest drivers just for Titanfall or more tweaks for BF1 also?
They have, and you have a one
Crossfire on Titanfall 2 seems quite reasonable using the Titanfall 1 profile, so long as you don't use TSAA. Scaling is not brilliant, but it is positive and in my limited play time I've not noticed any flicker or other typical problems.
The game looks about 8 years older than anything EA put out on Frostbyte though.

Noticed there was tearing in BF1 so I opened up the AMD settings to check if freesync had been disabled. Then noticed the display tab with the freesync toggle had completely disappeared?!
This is what it looks like 16.9.2 and earlier
This is what it now looks like 16.10.1, 2, 3
Where do I check freesync is enabled in 16.10.x?
Thats strange, I would uninstall driver control panel and run DDU and then install latest driver 16.10.3
I've only seen the Radeon Settings missing the Display tab when using a laptop with Enduro (the AMD card in that case is render only with the intel IGP controlling the display). As above, wipe the driver and re-install.
Thanks guys! DDU has sorted it
