My 290/monitor loses signal at anything lower than -31mv

I am really hoping that the hype for these upcoming drivers contain some nice new features/improvements!

Drivers pffffft give us solid news on Vega.
Figured out my BF1 problem.Disabled Afterburner and origin overlay and now get no stutter in dx12. The positives being i now have around 10-20 more fps on my average which is around 80 fps on most maps. Ultra settings at 1200p with increased FOV at 90. Pretty decent for an old setup like mine.
So i would say it's not a driver issue and more a conflict with these programs running.
Nice one RD. Time to kill that Origin Overlay and get DX12 back into BF1. Mind you I must say that both BF1 and Titanfall 2 (Not gonna call it TF2 as that upsets Team Fortress 2 fans) are running brilliantly for me on 16.10.3 so I have left it alone for now. What are the latest drivers like and do any of the interim drivers perform better than 16.10.3 for BF1 and T2. Cheers

Atm I am using 16.11.3 and they seem good. I have not bothered with .4 as I doubt they would change anything in Bf1.
Can't say but bf4 is running excellent on .4
Seen some post on battlefield forum saying they noticed better performance.
I was getting regular video freezes/lockups, typically while playing Elite Dangerous and/or watching videos... (eg: youtube or in VLC).Is anyone else getting a lot of instant, non-recoverable black screens, with hardware acceleration turned on in Google Chrome?
16.11.4 AMD drivers (admittedly installed via Crimson upgrade)
Chrome Version 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit)
Happened twice this morning while I was on OCuk Black friday deals, plus at least one more time this morning.
Looking at Sapphire Trixx 6.1, my Sapphire 390 by default uses +19mV for the factory overclock of 1040, I'm using a custom linear fan profile that applies 100% fan at ~85C.
I've now just turned off hardware acceleration in Chrome. Would adding a bit extra voltage; eg. +22mV; be of any benefit?
So the pop up appeared again for me:

AMD really likes to remind you of updates, don't they?
16.11.5 Is out.
