And Boarderless mode FreeSync.
excellent
Need to do some more gaming and more testing with the latest drivers but so far so good! Did a quick run of 3DMark and Valley and got my highest scores in both.
Had to disable Chill. I was only getting 100-120fps in Overwatch while active where I'd usually get 180-200.
Chill was set to 60min 250 max.
Thats how its designed to work. If you went back to one them spots you get 180-200 fps you move the mouse around fast the FPS will jump up
Read post from people though and for competitive games best just leaving chill disabled.
I only get on or off for chill in global wattman on my 480
Where do you alter the range ... Or is it because I only have a 60hz screen?
Giz
Chill is good when doing nothing competitive or proper gaming that requires the higher frame rates, a good example of this is doing world quests or generic grinding in WoW or other mmos.
I really need 75 FPS to crush some nuts via right clicks don't I, another good way to use chill is when you are going AFK but don't want to quit the game, some games take ages to get into and its not due to loading times, just ****ing splash screens.
You can easily toggle these on or off when you wish and a good way to save power, early days at the moment and hopefully they allow you to set it so, once you are gaming, it goes to full FPS, options are nice, just on and off at the moment is a start.
Once enabled go into one of the profiles for the game and scroll down.
Just tested Deus Ex it works very well no noticeable input lag at all. Frame rate is much lower though vs off
Didn't realise you couldn't increase voltage in wattman. That's disappointing have gone back to afterburner.
And these drivers dont play nice when I use my TV as a second monitor artifacting all over the place. Unless I shut down and restart and make sure nothing adjusts my clockspeed then they are fine.
If I play around with my clocks then return to stock and enable my TV as a second screen it artefacts. Very odd.
This is after a couple of DDU's and re-installs. Dont know if its because my screens are different resolutions. My main screen is 1440p
