Mine is not usb. Wonder if it's that, maybe amd expect everyone to be using usb gamer headsets etc.
I've tried with both the onboard sound and a soundblaster Z, both are low, but only in relive. It's a modmic 4.0 and it's fine everywhere else. Easy issue to fix if AMD just let you adjust mic volume in relive.
Just tried The Evil Within for the first time and on the latest drivers it's a stuttering mess for me. 7 Days to Die is still broken in the all Re-live drivers (reported it a few times now).
Yep re-live drivers themselves have been broken for me since launch without actually installing the re-live portion of the driver. Roll back to the last Crimson driver and everything just works as it should do. Good luck but i found 17.3.1 exactly the same as the earlier re-live drivers. Thanks for trying that - good to know it's not only me. So we're thinking that it's Re-live causing the issue? I guess that would make sense as the 16.12.1 drivers were the last ones without Re-live. I have been installing Re-live when trying the new drivers even though I haven't actually used it, although I think I remember opting out of installing it on one occasion and the Evil Within was still broke. Must try the new 17.3.1 drivers and opt out of Re-live to see if that works...

Reported since the first release of re-live (Dec 16) in relation to 7 Days to Die which is my main game, nothing has changed though but i do keep trying new releases. Thanks, I'll just stick with what I've got then. It is annoying though - this is the first time I've experienced any issues with drivers, albeit that I've only been PC gaming for a few years. I have reported the issue but I wonder how reports of the same issue its takes for them to act upon it? There's bound to be more folk experiencing it though that would have reported it do you think? Have you bothered to report it yourself? It does make you wonder how many other games has it affected that we haven't came across yet...
Don't install the relive part. I also have had nothing but problems since relive came but skipping the relive installation solved my issues.I've had AMD cards, crossfire and eyefinity for more than 6 years now and one thing I guarantee Relive drivers are the worst ones ever.
I had over the years:
1x 6950
2x 6950 crossfire
1x 7970
2x 7950 crossfire
2x 7970 crossfire
3x 7950 crossfire
3x R9 290 crossfire (my actual cards)
I'm using the 16.11.5 drivers, last one before Relive and they work fine, RELIVE drivers just cause problems, dunno what AMD did but I cannot get them to work properly and I'm losing the "improvements" and "fixes" for new games
I already tried it without ReLive.. no joy.Don't install the relive part. I also have had nothing but problems since relive came but skipping the relive installation solved my issues.
No its ballsy and i like it!Trifire on 290's is just self hate surely?
never had major problems with crossfire before the relive drivers and I use it for more than 6 years, before the 3x 290s I had another trifire 7950s, I even use 3 monitors with eyefinity and bezel compensation.Trifire on 290's is just self hate surely?

I tip my hat to your adventurous spirit.never had major problems with crossfire before the relive drivers..I even use 3 monitors with eyefinity an bezel compensation.
Okay, so installed 17.2.1 and still getting these little glitches.
They're like artifacts, but not. As they're confined to the window, and cannot be seen if moving something over them.
Yeah it's definitely looking like GPU fault Vram.
That my friend is overheating or damaged VRAM modules and have nothing to do with the drivers.
