The AMD Driver Thread

OK thanks guys, what program do you recommend for removing the new driver I installed (17.7.2)

Do you think this is also the reason need for Speed 2015 is crashing?

you could use DDU, I used this the other night to remove some drivers as the scaling bar didn't work in the latest AMD drivers and re installed a older version

@AMDMatt, the latest drivers are still pointing to a problem reporting page that doesn't exist. How am I supposed to continually report that drivers are still not holding Wattman settings between boots? But your guys have managed to hide the popup that reports the reset at each boot time.

Working okay here via Radeon Settings/Windows Start Menu.

Yeah, that generates a system diagnostic file, but does that actually go anywhere? And if it does, how am I supposed to actually add my issue to report the bug? There's no opportunity to do so. The user should be able to see/examine that file before sending it off to AMD, and have some way to explain the problem that's being reported.

The "Report issues online" just goes to a 404 on the AMD site, where I suppose I am to append that generated report.

I'm looking forward to getting back on Radeon software tomorrow, Maybe it's just what I'm used to but I like the latest bRadeon software suite a lot more than the Geforce experience I've been using lately.

Can anyone else confirm if the HDMI scaling is working or not?

im running 17.10.1 and when I go to Display and then move the slider for HDMI scaling nothing happens. If I turn on GPU scaling and slide the bar again, nothing happens.

Just want to check its not me and a driver issue.
