Its been an ongoing issue fresh install or not, i'm sick of doing it... SFC did find something and repaired it tho.. Probably from the Last BSOD.
I understand the frustration I really do, I've had to deal with similar issues a good while back on an older system and I still think to this day that it's one of the reasons for me going bald early

. However, I've never seen display drivers cause corruption. I've seen AVs poo themselves causing system issues. I've seen software for keyboard, mouse, and headsets or those cursed control centers from certain brands causing issues. If you want to get to the bottom of it, if that SFC repair doesn't help, I would start fresh. I personally would take the following steps:
1) Download a fresh iso of win 10 version 2004 from Microsoft. You can get to download the iso directly if you trick the site into thinking you are using an iPad. Otherwise, you have to use their tool to get it.
2) Make a bootable USB pen with it using etched or Rufus or something similar.
3) backup and reinstall windows, remember to delete all the partitions on the OS drive first (can be done from the setup).
4) Download only the most essential drivers and install those. That would be chipset on the mobo, GPU drivers, and soundcard.
5) Install your game launchers or whatever software triggering the issue and run for a few days in this setup testing stability.
Before you say it... I know... PITA all over. However, almost all my problems with Windows machines have been due to bloat or dodgy updates and yes it does seem like Radeon drivers are more sensitive than the competition. That said however, I had to run cleaned versions of the driver sets for my 1080 ti for it to work flawlessly. could have course just have been my particular setup.
