R9 290 Crossfire Thief benchmark

DX11-75 FPS

Mantle-75 FPS

Single 780Ti DX11-77 FPS

Weird stuff going on. Re-installed driver two times and same results,going for a third install.

Only limited amount of time with this driver all other games in DX11,DX9 seems ok so far except the ones that should work with mantel in crossfire.

Anyone have success with 290 crossfire with mantel.

EDIT: Put a user file in the main folder for BF4.exe and now can run Maxed out and 200% scale with mantle.

Mantle 200% resolution scale 75-90 FPS
DX11 200% resolution scale 35-72

Line added in user.cfg
RenderDevice.FramePacingMethod 1

Now on to Thief and these drivers will be perfect for me,so far.

I can confirm that these drivers have fixed the power tune problem, (power limit in AB).

They are worth it for this alone. Now my 290X can run 1200 core at ~1.26mV again. No more throttling to 950-1000MHz with these settings. :)

Happy days.

I think these drivers have been leaked by a review site rather than AMD btw. Official drivers are not due for another week or two. Incidentally these drivers are just 14.3 with the powertune bug fixed it seems.

yes i ran furmark on those this morning and no throttling nice 1170mhz on core constant :)
Chaps from guru 3d leaked them. They work fine in ESO to :)

So people that ware saying 3 previous betas ware fine ----> FU :P
