Last time I had this a ages ago it was MSI AB overlay making it happen. Do you happen to have AB running?

Will doubel check fella... don't think I did, but was installing, uninstalling, so maybe I timed it badly... will check again tonight as I've removed AB now, as it's just not stable with these drivers anymore...

Im still getting flickering in the BF4 menu's with the RC1's. Its just the background image in the menu's that flickers on and off. Changes to a full maroon coloured background that replaces the picture. Not a big problem tho as i dont play the game from the menu's

No problems with 14.4 here, lower temps and fan speed.

Though, when i jumped into BF4 i notices a bit of stuttering then realised it was running on mantle where previously I had always used DX. Any one else had their API change with the drivers?

Getting the same here, it's random stutters which happen at the start of the map, doesn't last long and only happens when using Mantle.

Everything else has been fine.

I'm in the same boat. Didn't update yet. I'll update eventually, but not when many people are moaning about the problems they are having.

Same here. I'll hang around for a wee while longer, maybe till 14.5 and then decide.

I retract my statement!...nothing but problems with stuttering/random lockouts and crashes.

Gone back to 13.12 and have zero problems....

Running fine here on 14.4 RC1

Just installed the WHQL's of 14.4, nothing but problems so far, running my card at stock (1000/1250) powerlimit on 50%.

Card is downclocking to around 500 on the core while temps are only at 50-60c.

Starting to really grind now AMD with these drivers.

Back to 14.4 rc.

As far as onions go they do seem to slice through them nicely for me.

WHQL every 3 months. Beta every 2-4 weeks, generally speaking.
