*** The AMD RDNA 4 Rumour Mill ***

Two questions. On that nitro+ for example, is that bend acceptable? It does look gentler than those on the front who bend too close to the connector. And also, being above the heatsink will that get hot or does the fan with airflow negate that and potentially offer a nice way of cooling the connector. :p

PS what is the second cable shown?
Second cable is for an RGB header

Board Dimensions
289mm*111mm*41mm
304mm*127mm*42mm(with bracket)

with bracket?

It must be the plastic shroud at the front as it is longer than the PCB.

I'd have to be careful with a rear cable as I have an eatx board. But that nitro+ is same length as my 6900XT so the cable would exit past the board. Just. Interesting like.

That's a massive cooler on a 330w (listed) card. At that wattage the connector is not going to get hot enough to cause concern.
The second input is for RGB, the card will come with it's own light show. Plug in the cable and connect to your motherboard / RGB controller for how you want it.

I'm honestly tempted to sell my 4070s since it's selling for £550/£600 and buy the XT but my mind is telling me don't be stupid. Seriously should I just skip this gen and wait for AMD UDNA ?
Look at the FSR4.0 games list, if one of your main rotation games is on there I would sell the 4070.

e.g. If you want to sink 100 hours into monster hunter wild-lands, Space Marine 2 and/or the last of us I would buy a 9070XT.

Fancy the Hellhound. At 34cm though it’s way longer than my 6800xt and would mean getting rid of my front mount AIO. Frustratingly I cannot top mount as it interferes with my 8pin on the motherboard.

Am i have a get off my lawn moment by not understanding the fixation with how the cards look?

All i care about is how much higher the power targets on each card are.

It could look like a giant pile of poo if it performs and cools well. But if it's all the same in all other respects, looks is a deciding factor for me.

Also, we're blue in the face discussing performance and pricing at this point.

When is the main AMD launch junket due? Are we getting their usual blingy mirror-black stage and whooping employees in the audience?

So if the Reaper is 304mm length and my old Red Devil 5700XT (pictured below) was 300mm in length..

Here is the gap I have left for the Reaper if I want to keep the rad at the front of my case

It should squeeze in there but its tight! Dare I risk it? :D
