*** The AMD RDNA 4 Rumour Mill ***

I don't mean this to sound condescending, but if anyone is thinking of buying these for gouged/scalped prices.... DON'T

If these start selling for £700+ it's not a good deal. You could have had a 24gb card with the same performance for around that price all of last year.

Have a think about why you didn't buy that then, but are willing to pay that now, even though it's a new generation and should offer better price/performance.

If you give in, and do so, you are part of the problem of ever increasing GPU prices and are being taken advantage of.

omg AMD listened to the consumers while Nvidia poured fire on us all. Anybody that buys a 5070ti over 9070xt is either crazy or can't understand reviews. I am impressed with raytracing uplift, they have closed the gap significantly. Its a shame they could not make a 9080xt to compete at 4090 level performance.

With it being $599, do we think it could be £549 in the UK?
No, that’s without sales tax, so you’d typically see it land here for £599 with all the taxes.

Doubt we’ll see any under £700 though. Every part of the sales chain is price gouging.

HUB saying AMD didn't go low enough vs nvidia. Marketshare will go nowhere if nvidia get supply going and msrp cards land.
Nvidia need to get their act together. I think consumers will be happy with AMD if they have relatively competitive products (vs price point), and actually have a chance at buying one on Day 1

ready for 5070tis on the ocuk marketplace !
And if nvidia can and does reduce the 5070ti price it will just show they were massively price gouging (pre-scalped for your convenience!) and taking the absolute Pee out of PC Gamers. The sad, and frustrating thing is no one will do a damned thing to punish them when the next card series comes round.
