*** The AMD RDNA 4 Rumour Mill ***

The design on the MBA cards looks really nice!

I will probably get one, they look good to me. I really liked my 6800-6900-6950 MBA cards.

The nitro looks…too much. I’m disappointed given how nice their current nitro cards are.

Was hoping AMD would release more information than this today.

Ooh there is an asrock card. Tidy!

Shame it's only going to be around GRE-level of perf.
Yup, I can understand AMD choosing to avoid the absolute top-end this time around but it is a shame. Especially if FSR4 and the improvements coming from that are limited to the 9000 series.

The only benefit for me is that it saves me cash from buying a new GPU and instead means I funnel that into a potential CPU upgrade later this year!

I hope they might enable it on rx7000 cards as well otherwise they’re just doing an Nvidia….

That's the corporate model of all businesses, make money, unless there is a huge up roar from gamers it's not gonna happen, a pain for sure because rdna3 has plenty of life left

You can be sure team green will lock dlss4 to 50 series too

Quite sure these leaked slides would have been from the pre-announcement briefing for reviewers and journalists so they have an idea of what to expect and to get a hands on with the cards themselves. The actual announcement with the full details will come at the keynote.

Availability: Q1 2025.

So yet another delay - they are waiting for Nvidia to set the pricing.

9070 MBA, not XT is more interesting I'd say, so performance will be lower but it looks SFF friendly. Although to be fair the XT MBA does still look smaller than all of the other cards.
Assuming the XT is 7900XT levels that means the 9070 non-XT is...a 7800XT maybe?
I would guess so as the 9070XT would replace the GRE and 7900XT and the 9070 the 7800XT
