Sticking by what I have been saying since the start, 1080 performance in dx 11 (possibly a bit faster) and leaving it behind in the dust where vulkan/dx 12 is concerned. And in todays market, no cheaper than £350, will probably release at £400.

Sticking to what i said too at the start, and thats it'll be lucky to beat the 1070 :)

:)

so come on people place your bets for rx vega

equal to GTX 1080

equal to GTX 1070

equal to GTX 1080 overclocked to 2.1ghz

equal to GTX 1080 overclocked to 2.1ghz

equal to 1080 ti

faster than all the above

my vote? 1080

I take it you mean games? Eventually faster then a 1080ti but out the gate slower then 1080 in DX11 and faster in DX12.

FP performance it's faster then a Titan Xp.

My view is that, AMD are working frantically to improve performance in drivers, and with the expectation they succeed they have come out with the "wait for RX drivers"

Why would they deliberately gimp gaming performance on this card? nvidia dont with titan.

So when RX launches I Do expect more performance but at the same time it wont be large, I think maybe 10%.

I am just been realistic.

I don’t think it will be < £500, it’s a big die and uses HBM2.

bits and chips have said that the value for performance is very impressive:

Take with a pinch of salt but they have a decent history of being correct....

Also, he said that he wouldn't be surprised if there was a nano too.

If the price is low, the number of unit available will be very low just so they can say they released it. They will use most of the chips for the high margin server cards. I would not be surprised if this is the case as why sell to gamers for cheap when you can sell to the server market and make good margins.
