The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

My Anime-on-line mystery bundles arrived this morning.

Amnesia
Bodacious Space Pirates
Busou Shinki
The Familiar of Zero season 1
Girlish Number
Girls beyond the wasteland
Hakkenden eight dogs of the east
Kamisama Kiss season 2
Nurse Witch Komugi R
Photo Kano
Starmyu
Vatican miracle examiner

Although I'm not sure what was in what bundle, as both BD bundles arrived in the same box:)

Quite happy with that, as most of the titles were ones I didn't already have, and several were ones I'd been wanting to get for a while.

I just started watching Demon Slayer, which is the first ever anime I have watched (unless you count the animated Resident Evil films) and am really enjoying it. Is there anything similar that I should try next after enjoying this?

That's a good show to start with tbh, im loving it. It looks stunning because its been made by Ufotable. I know its a bit cliche but i would recommend the Fate Stay Night and Fate Zero, great series IMO and have the visual quality too.

Ok, glad I didn't get it then. I have over half of those and the ones I don't I'd alreay decided I didn't want to get.

Just got to episode 20 of Demon slayer and wow! That was seriously one of the best things I have watched. I just decided to watch an anime as im always hearing about them and didn't actually think i'd like it at all, but i've been blown away by how good is is so far.

Live action version is good ... as is the anime and manga (looking past the thing skirted around above).

TBH I love Bunny Drop, the same way I love Non Non Biyori and Yuru Camp, as they are easily the best easy going slice of life and I have no probs with the manga although I know some people will.

There is PLENTY of trash out there and cookie cutter template stuff but there are some brilliant shows too. I strongly recommend Overlord for the Isekai genre and its take on it.

I strongly recommend Black Lagoon which is a bit dark in places but its so good
Evangelion for the mecha feel but that show is PTSD in anime form but its soo good for an older show
Violet Evergarden on Netflix is a stunning anime to watch (episode 10 goes for the feels hard lol)
The Ancient Magus Bride is a stunning show
Attack on titan is just brilliant in IMO in story and animation

Started watching Bunny Drop (Usagi Doroppu) really loving the story and the animation style, one for the family to enjoy.
Yeah as long as you don't read the manga.
Depends on your moral compass really, I won't spoil it unless you want me to. The anime itself did a good job and ended pretty well.

yeah the Anime is great and then I heard about the Manga and the further story and well...... nvm..... but still loved the Anime

Thanks for that, I have added all these suggestions to a notepad to look into after I finish this.

Also got recommended by randoms on Twitter (so have no idea if they're actually good or not): Deathnote, Full metal alchemist Brotherhood, My hero academia, Code geass, Tokyo Ghoul, Deadman Wonderland, Psycho Pass, and Soul Eater. So have quite a few to look into.

Yep, I've watched most of those, very good.

Throw in Akame Ga Kill and you are set for a very enjoyable time. Then watch Your Name, one of the best films, anime or otherwise, I have ever seen.
