The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

I will watch it if they can cut out all the fillers....I watched like 150 episodes before I gave up, one of the reason I gave up was the amount of fillers, no just the episode as a whole but in each episode with so much repeated content at the start too. I feel like I was wasting my life watching it!

Condense it 5:1...that would be good.

You should check out “One Pace” which is basically a version of One Piece that has been condensed and trimmed down to just the pure canonical content. Not sure if they’ve gotten as far the latest episodes but they’ve done most of the series if I’m not mistaken.

AoT has finished now and that was the last installment. I think it ended really well. Also watch the credits at the end
Ive just watched the last episode and I agree - was happy with the ending. Man it feels like it’s been a long journey with this Anime, and we finally have some closure. Bravo to the team behind AoT!

I watched, and enjoyed the first season when I got be BD's but i've not kept up to date because i've had too much other stuff.
If and when the rest get released here i'll probably watch it on disc, but at the moment i've got a backlog of disks that runs into hundreds of hours and i'm managing about an episode a night :./

Off with 3 friends to go see the Studio Ghibili film "The boy and the Heron" tomorrow

Well still waiting for news on Spice and Wolf '24.

Glad to see that original staff are returning though, some of the original voice actors, the original director etc are all onboard.

Fingers crossed, version 2 is even better than the first attempt, and they manage to get enough seasons to follow the entire core story; I've got to imagine for it to get a remake, that must be the intended plan.

I'm very hyped for the remake.

JJK S2 finished and spin off / s3 announced, with all the drama about work conditions for s2 I wonder how long it will be before s3 releases.

It's more of a MAPPA thing in general not just for S2 of JJK, they seem to be involved in lots of projects at once and have to rush them, making the staff work a lot more than they should do.

Did watch the heron and the boy while it was visually good as always the story was a little weird and didnt really work imo. It was over elaborate and then became a bit of mess in the 2nd and last act.
