I mean they are launching mass rocket attacks, not petrol bombs! weapons that are designed to attack armies in times of war and cause mass damage, large saturation attacks. and are not in anyway accurate, such as grad rocket launchers.

But let's just call them little petrol bombs.

who said hamas were throwing petrol bombs? i think you may have misunderstood the relevance of the post and point i was trying to make.

Ok then, why are Israel's responses not proportional to the threats they receive in your opinion? Because of collateral damage to civilians?

It is well documented that Hamas use civilians as a meat shield over their military operations, and even conduct such operations below schools and hospitals. They make it as such that going after them inflicts as much civilian damage as possible, both to prevent counter attacks in the first place, and then to play the victim after as they are now doing.

The 'residential buildings' you see being attacked are the places where Hamas organise and operate from. They willingly put innocents at risk of collateral damage.
 
TBH I think this thread needs locked, way too many people trying to justify being anti-Semitic and too many people tying to justify the heavy handed approach by Israel/whataboutism, which is descending into plain racism on both sides

whys israel got 2 classes of citizen? whys palestine people have rights according to the region they are born? why can someone move from the west bank to Gaza but not the other way around?

why can jews from anywhere in the world return? yet palestines who fled the wars aren't allowed?

whys no one allowed to leave gaza and have free movement? also a war crime in itself......

why do palestine people get different coloured ID cards that determine what rights they have and where they can live? yet jews don't?

whats israel got a quota to meet of 60% jewish people? can you imagine if the UK came out with something like we want to maintain a 85% white population....... non british people have to live in different cities than natives with different rights....
