Just had mine arrive today... Box had been opened, there was no anti-static bag for the mobo, foam padding ripped out, it was just bunged in, CD had been opened, too... I dare not even test it works. What have you given me, an ex-demo model? I don't expect to pay full price for something that's been used. Not happy, OCUK. 
Edit: Sorry no, it's not where foam padding has been torn out, it's where the cardboard has literally been ripped up by the motherboard scraping over it. :/ Some of the solderings are bent on the back, too.

Just get in touch with Ocuk via their customer service section on the forum. Have them replace it at their expense.

They dont come in anti static bags, well my RIVE and RIVBE didn't, just in the box as is and a plastic cover over.

After being told last night they were coming in today, now been told they're not coming in until Monday. I put off a bit outing tomorrow as I thought I needed to be in. I ordered mine on the 02 sept. Not happy. Cancelled and gone elsewhere.
I had the same mate, pre ordered and was told I'd be waiting a week, the day I cancelled my order, they had stock turn up! Was rather pee'd off tbh! Then ordered again even though they were still pre order and had it dispatched the next day.

I've reordered elsewhere and it's been dispatched. Here tomorrow. the funny thing is that even though I paid extra to have it all delivered tomorrow the the other retailer it still came in £25 cheaper. Result.
