The Asus ROG SWIFT PG278Q – a 27” 1400p 144Hz Monitor with G-SYNC

so could you run three of these in triple SLI with once monitor connected to each cards display port?

Did you just win the lottery? :p

No, just thinking ahead, it looks like a problem for G-Sync monitor owners, if you have to use a Displayport connector to use G-Sync then you cannot have more than one G-Sync monitor per card.

Multi-monitor setup's will need individual cards per screen based on the nvidia's current port layout.

As I understand it SLI only connects via one card so you could only SLI one G-Sync monitor, unless they release multi-displayport cards.

do you specifically mean with Gsync on? Then no, gsync doesn't CURRENTLY work in surround, though they are said to be working on it

if you just mean 3-way SLI with 3 of these monitors in surround or even 3D surround then yes you can definitely, because I have done that (not with these monitors obviously, but with 3 monitors via DP with one monitor on each GPU)

thank you good sir!

Yep though retailers can only move as quickly as Asus will feed them information. I don't think we'll hear anything concrete until the end of the month at the earliest.

Anyone know roughly when to expect these in and rough price ?

Is it still confirmed its either 120 or 144 hertz ?
