It is hinted to be April, confirmed to be 144hz, and pricing is still up in the air, could be £600 could be £800
Unfortunately they're now aiming for a early-mid Q2 release. So May-June possibly.
The delays are kind of annoying, but I don't think I'll be purchasing one as soon as they are available anyway - I'd rather wait for lots of reviews to come in to see if it lives up to the hype. And to be perfectly honest, I'm very happy with my current monitor as it is (Dell U2713HM).
It would be gutting to spend £600 let alone £800 only for a 120hertz 4K screen to arrive a year or 2 after!
Same.... seems it took this long for a decent gaming 1400p screen with 120hertz to arrive, surely more will appear and cheaper too.
Also samsung releasing a 4k 60hertz screen which is 28" and looks awesome.
Its nice to consider 1400p but with 4k emphasis it gets tricky...

It is unlikely to happen. And good luck running 4K at 120fps or even consistently above 60fps on modern titles with good detail levels. Even in a few years time.

Having looked at that, I am tempted to grab one of these 4K monitors but I agree with PCM, in that the grunt needed to shift 4K pixels is immense. My SLI Titans would manage playable rates in most titles but still would struggle with some titles.
The ROG looks like it will be my choice still.

Exactly, you have nearly 2k worth of graphics cards alone and still you would only manage playable - 4k is still a long way off from being a standard resolution.
