All this talk from Hazard is most likely from his Agent and Lille directors trying to squeeze as much out of the deal as possible. Spurs and Arsenal have next to no chance of signing him.

Arsenal can afford the wages but wouldn't spend the transfer fee, while the opposite is true for Spurs, who could possibly afford the fee, but have a strict wage cap. Would absolutely love him at Spurs, in the end he will go to one the big spenders of Europe.

bale wont go until he's approaching 25 methinks. barca and real will go for him if he continues to progress with real winning the bidding war imo. he's still very young and clubs will want assurances over his fitness, performance and mental ability to handle such a big move (he couldn't handle moving from southampton to spurs for ages!)
