Who has to go through qualification for the champions league, Chelsea or Arsenal?

They both qualify. I read that Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal will be in with the top seeds in Pot One and apparently City will find themselves in Pot Two.

I'm pretty sure he knows that both qualified for the CL but he's asking which (if any) have to go through the qualification round first. As above, it's neither. Both go straight into the group stage.

I just can't believe countries with such racism problems was ever chosen tbh. Way to go UEFA. I hope every single player that receives any racial abuse walks off the pitch and refuses to return.

S'only name calling though isn't it? lololol. :o

Seriously, I hope managers of the national sides tell their sides to leave the field of play if there is any racist abuse thrown about towards the players.

It's better then it was over there, but that's not saying much.

I thought it was very obvious that I meant that both had at the very least made it through to the qualifiers of the CL, the 2nd half of the sentence makes it very clear, doesn't it?

Well yes, I was referring to finishing 4th and being in the qualifiers as being in the CL. After all had Chelsea not won the CL, most people would be saying Spurs had made it into the CL even though they'd still have to qualify first.

Good god what have I started here!!!

Yes I meant which one will have to play a 2 legger to reach the group stages. It seems to be none. They all go straight in at the group stage.

Thanks!

barton's had a slap

Premier League footballer Joey Barton has been punched in the face outside a nightclub.

The controversial QPR midfielder was involved in a fight with two men outside Garlands nightclub in Liverpool city centre. A picture of the incident, apparently showing a shirtless Barton being held back by police and a woman, appeared on Twitter.

A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "Merseyside Police were called to Eberle Street in Liverpool city centre at 5.30am this morning following reports of an altercation. On arrival officers found a 29-year-old man who had sustained injuries to his face. The man left the scene voluntarily."
