Premier League agrees new financial regulations

The 20 Premier League clubs have agreed to the imposition of new financial regulations which will come in to force from the start of the 2013-14 season.

They will not be allowed to make a loss above £105m, aggregated across the 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 campaigns.

The clubs have also agreed to limit the amount they can spend on player salaries from central Premier League funding - essentially TV income.

Uefa have already introduced financial rules for European competitions.

we'll see if this has any real impact.

quick google shows they have had 3 stars for a while, maybe its major honors 'purely decorative' is the wiki explaination. I swear I'ev seen other team crests with stars that match league titles (Euro shirts obviously have euro cup wins on them, wonder who started that trend?)

Current champions have their own special little badges on the sleeve, that's enough, what's the point of having reminders of past achievements on shirts full stop, stop living in the past
