Apparently Torres won't get a ban for the clear as day on video face scratching thing because the ref or linesman kinda half saw it. Wasn't the change in the rule precisely to address the "ref saw it and didn't punish it so we can't do it after" ridiculous crap that has happened before? If the change was specifically to fix that little problem, then how the hell can they not ban him for the same reason as they refused to ban people last year.
FA have always been a joke, and continue to be so. I don't think it required a massive ban or anything but he clearly did something relatively nasty and it's not retaliation unless he was called a name, he just tripped him up as he's heading off the pitch, not to get the ball because it was long gone, just to be a ****.
