Seems like we've bought back the training kit sponsorsip rights from DHL to "further optimise the value of them".

The Guardian said:
When United announced they had done a deal with DHL in 2010 worth £40m over four years, most experts were astonished at the sum as it exceeded all the actual kit deals of their Premier League rivals outside of the elite group of present and past Champions League qualifiers.

Since then though, United have done the $559m (£350m) shirt deal with General Motors, who are paying a world record sum to replace AON as shirt sponsors in 2014.

Now the Glazer family have taken the unusual step of buying out DHL, so certain are they of negotiating even greater revenue.

"We have successfully negotiated an early buy-out of our training kit agreement with DHL effective 30 June 2013," the club said. "DHL will then continue as our global logistics sponsor.

"The significantly increased value of agreements concluded since entering into this agreement, such as our recent $559 million world record shirt sponsorship with General Motors, leads us to believe that there should be strategic opportunities to further optimise the value of these rights."

I find it hilarious that Arsenal think come financial fair play we'll suddenly be title contenders(despite the team not being good enough now and not being able to afford to improve either).... while the "top" teams who all have massive debt are all slowly signing up to insane sponsorship deals that will make FFP all but pointless.

looking him up on ESPN is even more impressive, not including his 18th goal, he's scored 17 in only 37 shots total and only 19 shots on target, also impressive is the most he's scored is 3 goals in one game, 2 goals 2 or 3 times. Its not like 2 massive performance against to crap teams got him 6 goals a piece, its sustained consistent form.

I'm guessing that's from the COC game?

Not the best abbreviation

Cristiano Ronaldo is 869 days older than Messi, & Cristiano JR. is 869 days older than Thiago Messi (Messi's son).

Weird coincidence.

At least if they both grow up to be footballers we can continue the Ronaldo v Messi debate for decades! :p
