The Battlefield 4 Thread 2015

Hey guys its been a while , some of you will remember me from the initial beta and for a while afterwards. I've reinstalled the game as I havnt played for 18 months now. After a few rounds it doesnt seem as if much has changed , or has it ?

Havnt tried any of the 'new' maps yet but i'll get round to them once i've got my mojo back. Any particular ones I should go for first ?

Where the **** have you been?! :D

A LOT has changed since then, far too much to list. As for DLC, they are all pretty crap except dragons teeth, naval strike and final stand.

Unfortunately a lot of us have stopped playing in the last month or 2, mainly lost interest and because of cheaters.

Playing last night was a bit depressing, on several servers people were jumping on and going like 80-2 inside 3 minutes and everyone would leave assuming they were cheating legit or not. PB and fairfight are going nuts banning people every 20 seconds or so atm but its not really making a dent.

Aha Nexus , well i guess it has been a long time to play one game. Never mind i'm still gonna hop on in and have a few rounds now and then. I had about a gazillion battlepacks to open too :D
 
Just upgrade to Window 10 and latest Nvidia drivers and the game crashes sometime when I load into map but its just crashed on the splash screen loading. Running a 980 Any thoughts? :(

What type of crash - can you been more specific? Running W10 and 980Ti with latest W10 drivers without issues here.

Maybe try manually updating punkbuster?

Have you tried BF4 since you updated?

Had a LAVtastic game of Hanin last night after our rounds of DB. I'm definitely not finished with this game (although I'll be playing a lot more DB from now on).

Game is still pretty broken - jumped in an attack jet last night out of desperation (having a really horrid night on foot) and it didn't record any of my kills with it over 2 different maps.

got 2 jet/heli kills last night with the tank's main gun where I missed both hilariously and still got the kills - in one case the shell was like 50 degrees off the direction of the chopper.
