The Battlefield 4 Thread 2015

Yay netcode worse than ever and every game had atleast 4 hackers in it... dunno why I keep trying to play this other than there isn't anything else really that is active in a similar vein short of going back to COD4.
 
Well the mg4 still works well for me. 200 round assault rifle with silencer gets a lot of backrage work done efficiently, and it's not as bad as you would think in CQ, except against shotgun and PDW spam.

I've been playing around with the RPK PKP and type 88 recently, but I get a lot more done when I switch back to old faithful.
 
Oh yeah not doubt the MG4 is good, just feel likes it takes 3 years to ADS for me.

The shotgun spam last night was stupid. Seemed every death I had was with the DVB-12.
 


Sorry if the pic is a bit small , but does anyone know what those little " screen" icons are on the right hand of the pic are please, they only seem to come up when there is a slight glitch in the game , been seeing them for about 10 days or so

I pretty much always have packet loss warning and high latency warning. Sometimes packet loss goes to severe. Usually at least once a BF4 session I get a freeze/lag that lasts about 2 seconds.
 
GG's last night though only had a couple! Gonna have some work getting use to mouse and keyboard again, keep losing 1on1's at the moment due to poor aim; my sensitivity needs a play around. Will get on this weekend and get on chat too, last night had a lot of background noise so didn't use me mic.
 
hmm..is there anyway to fix this at all ?

Also been trying different resolution scale settings...and when I lower it from 150 to 130....it seems to have the affect of not stutter , and those little icons dont show up or at least less ?

Think you may have answered your own question there mate. Turn it down


Personally I only really get packet loss now and again but I do only tend to play on English servers.

If you playing far away servers with high joining and leaving rates I'm sure this will effect performance too
 
Nice Josh, how is your thinkbroadband graph looking now?

Got my upgrade to 152MB today but.... I need a new wireless AC adapter to be able to get that speed, only able to get 100MB at max atm :( Should hopefully get the new virgin superhub 3 in 2 weeks time too, but bet you my latency will still suck :p


Shall be on tonight after chicken tikka masala!

Yeah I'm not a big fan of VM but they have the best tinterweb speeds at the moment.
