Did they go with the damaged increases and HMG nerfs on the MBT?
Depends on how you look at it - HMG is now less forgiving on lower skilled players as you'll put down less damage by spraying it around but more powerful in the hands of a higher skilled player as you can focus damage with it more at longer ranges.
Not liking the reduction in uptime on active protection though - in my experience you need around 3.5 seconds for it to have a good tactical balance.

Yep. Checked the notes and the frontal damage increase was implemented although it seems to be mitigated by 45 angle. I think it's going to be much harder to survive now against a good attack jet pilot because of the AP changes.
Getting some real oddities with the netcode though only played on 1 server so far - its much smoother and my hit registry seems higher v. infantry - but getting people appearing in weird places they couldn't possibly have got to from my perspective of the game, getting shot by people before they appear and vehicle stuff is ridiculously out of sync - where I fire and where my shot lands in relation to the target is utterly meaningless......

Didn't get much time in an MBT to try TBH.
Got the phantom bow from operation outbreak. It unlocks with all the gadgets and ammo.
Also had a lot of fun with the PIG. Hipfiring those explosive rounds to take out whole squads is funny

They made us earn it, but earn it we did!
New virgin superhub should come today, although I don't think that's going to solve the packet loss I'm getting during the evenings as it's fine again this morning.

Guys,This "Tick rate" in the server options..what does it mean for my connection and what's best to suit my connection?
I have Virgin media 156mbps Download / 12mbps Upload.
What should i use?

I'm done with this game. I love it, but nobody else loves it like I do.
I just want to play Conquest with a nice map rotation and normal tickets. That's it. Nobody else does, though. It's either 24/7 ONE MAP or one type of map, hardcore, or 10,000,000 ticket servers. I dont want to freakin play a 2 hour gosh darn match.
Sucks, because I really do enjoy the gameplay a ton.

New map is..... well pants. Was this the community one?
I don't see why they don't just go back and get some of the decent maps from BF3 and 2 (I know they have 1 coming out).
Kharg Island and Damavand peak would be good ones.

This always happens when BF games get a bit old, great server choice to start with but then server choice goes to **** about 1/2 years later

I was reading the release notes for update...
-Smoke grenades now block FLIR/IRNV
This should lead to a few changes in gameplay.
Some big changes overall.
I still think should remove in air repair, its very unrealistic to have in air repair. i know the game is not aiming for realism, it does create a big advantage for helicopters.

Sigh. 
How can i get rid of this?..Origin downloaded the update,got this message.
ive "check for updates" in origin..verified files too..still same problem.
Open in origin takes me to origin main page,Retry just shows this error still.
