believe me, I'm the biggest advocate of SweetFX, been using it since it first came out years ago, now I just hate running games without it. I've tried and tried for ages to get it working on my BF4, can't do it so I just gave in.
 
have u searched sweetfx windows 8.1 fix in google??

there are workarounds to get it fixed.. few cG guys had to do it with the natural colors config... im on 8 so didnt have any problems!

Windows 8.1 already has this file Nexus, the issue comes because Windows 8.1 has 11.2 and not 11.1 like Windows 7, this is where the issue comes from. The guys are developing SweetFX to be fully compatible with 8.1 but this has been in development now for a while I believe.

Yep done that mate, I do know of some folk on the Guru3d forums getting it working with various workarounds, but as of yet, I haven't been able to.

Are you 100% sure that it is there, checked yourself?

I ask because I often have problems with certain .dll's missing when trying to run games so have to download them and place them their manually.

If it is there, perhaps your current d3d11.dll is corrupt?

Saturday night 3 people playing 5 people "online" - yup this game is dying a quick and painful death.
 
question guys...just completed the last mission twice more to get the P90 and the Saw, making the two different choices but the guns dont seem to have unlocked. The only gun I have unlocked is the QBZ which I unlocked on my very first playthrough by not making any decision and blowing up the Valhalla or whatever its called.

Any ideas?
