Not sure, you may only need the game update, but mine downloaded both, so I couldn't tell.

Also you may need to have been max rank and have earned service stars since.

BTW I meant to say congrats on your Underboss rank.

Got the patch and currently downloading the DLC content, so ill see what gives after that. Nowhere near max rank here, so a few xp boosts would be useful.
