What really annoys me is that this is a new windows install, with updated drivers and everything new.
Any more idea's?
I can make it launch it 32 bit mode, but that runs at all low settings. God knows why the 64bit one does not work!
EDIT: Nailed it! It was Digital Rivertuner, turning on the 'Custom Direct 3D support on' worked a treat!
