The Big WWE Wrestling Thread

So I attended the Wolfpac UK tour, which was an absolute joy, tonight and it was great to see Nash, Hall and Waltman in top form. Great stories from their past travels and all in all a great night.

All terrific guys, plenty of time for a chat and most of all Scott Hall has recovered well considering all of his problems he's faced.

Got an nWo shirt signed (to be framed), photo signed and WCW/NWO Revenge on the N64 signed...if you are close to any of the other two shows/events then I recommend going along. Too late for ticket delivery but you buy through Paypal so can just bring your receipts.

Really? I had heard that there were a lot of complaints as the main guy running things was taken to hospital prior to the tour. From there people were charged over double for signed pics etc...

Yeah might stay up for it. Definitely gonna end the year on a high note. Still surprised they are unifying the belts here and not mania but TLC is the perfect match type for it.

I feel WWE has started getting interesting again since Survivor Series, prior to that the storylines have been terrible I feel they've been making some serioisly bad decisions since Summerslam.

Now I'm really looking forward to TLC and beyond.

Yeah I've never really been a wrestlemania fan as I've always felt the show overshadows the matches. However if things carry on the way they are then this year could be excellent aside from whatever involves rock or brock.

hope cena doesn't win but you know super cena blah blah

I'm actually backing Cena all the way. He deserves it more than Orton IMO. Orton had a long period where he just did nothing good. Its only recently he's pulled his finger out and put the work in. Cena deserves it for having to deal with having poor mania matches coz of the rock.

yh cus main eventing mania isn't enough plus I'd rather have a heel be champ

No main eventing isn't enough. It should also be the best or at least one of the best matches of the night. Its one of the reasons TLC is looking great amazing main event and 2 handicap matches (although I think 2 is maybe too much when they are the same) with every match full of people that can work.

well he should get punished for not delivering

Who should be punished? The Rock or Cena? The Rock was totally blown up after about 10minutes at this years mania and Cena had to carry the rest you could see the Rock just cant carry all that muscle and still work a match which is probably why he injured himself (cant remeber what he pulled off the top of my head). The veteran should really be leading the match but as I think about it Im not entirely sure who that would be? Think Cena has been wrestling longer than the rock (in terms of time on the active roster) regardless it was a god awful match and proof that the Rock just cant wrestle a long main event match these days. Just do Rock v Brock at mania this year and get them both over with.

Not watched wrestling much since Wrestlemania. Happy they are finally making one champ as having two champs was daft. This will make for more interesting PPV's.

Will they keep the current WWE title belt design or will they make a new one like they did in 2002 with the undisputed title? Thought they could have had Orton/Cena at wrestlemania for the undisputed title.

What are everyones WrestleMania2014 match predictions?

Undertaker vs. Brock Lesner
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan
John Cena vs. Hulk Hogan
The Rock vs. Randy Orton

Rumors going around that Sting will face Taker but I very much doubt that. Rock vs. Brock is also being talked about.

Who are peoples rumble picks? I'm hoping its a 1st time winner who goes on to be 1st time champ. Feels like its been ages since someone won their first world title at mania. Would Cena and Batista at 21 be the last?

I was thinking they may have Orton win and have Cena be screwed out of a rematch then Cena wins the rumble. I'd like Bryan to get the nod but just nor sure if thatll happen
