I think i read on JRs blog that they now know they missed the boat on Austins last match by not telling anyone.

I dont see what comes out of this one tho, its weird, Shane goes over and what does it accomplish? Taker wins continues the new streak but then hes only beaten Shane?

Love Shane tho, he was awesome in the attitude era
 
None of this angle makes any sense.

Looks to be thrown together in..

"Hey, looks like they are going to **** all over our main event again, quick, throw them this" type booking.
 
That's what confused me, Shane wins but then The Undertaker has losses to Brock and Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania...

On the other hand Undertaker wins and nothing really changes?

Eitherway its drummed up interest for Mania and seeing the HIAC in the middle of 90k+ people will be something else. :cool:
 
I'm looking forward to it. It's probably going to be a typical Shane McMahaon spot-fest but it'll be a highly entertaining spot-fest like most of his matches are.
 
I think people are expecting too much from Shane in terms of big falls and jumps. He's a 46 year old man who's been out of the ring 10 years, with a family and 3 kids. How much of a risk is he really going to take?
 
I really can't see a guy like him accepting a match like this unless he's willing to do what people are obviously going to be expecting of him. He seems like the only McMahon that actually cares what the fans want.
 
The fact it is Taker probably means it is one of the few guys he trusts to work with at his stage of life.

Still...

It is taking a Main Event spot and payday away from guys who bust their ass all year.
 
Who else could it really be though? Everyone's either injured, already in a feud or too mid-card. I imagine it would have been Cena were it not for his injury considering it'll probably be his final hurrah at Wrestlemania.
 
Yeah it was a bit awkward when Vince announced it, big grin on his face. You could tell he was anticipating more of a pop
 
Rumours are that plans are afoot to keep Roman OFF of TV on the Wrestlemania run up to avoid the inevitable being **** on.

If true, this will just make the Inevitable dump on the Main Event at Wrestlemania even more HUGE.

This whole undertaker match really raises some interesting questions, especially regarding the face/heel dynamic. Who are we supposed to cheer? If this is 'takers last wrestlemania, perhaps we see them go a good 20 mins beating the hell out of each other, only for undertaker to lie down and take the pin for the good of the company, as his last action.
Absolutely terrible idea, the crowd will hate it, but it's also the sort of thing I could see them doing.

There is no dynamic to the match, the whole booking for this STINKS.

A HUGE return for what, seems they have blown it already.

Remember, this will go down in Texas.. thus...

Austin makes the run-in to help Shayne Win and yet again, get one over Vince.

Roman beats HHH for the title, Shane says "This is NOT best for business, not on my show"...

AJ makes the run in with a referee in tow... Calf crusher on Roman... Ref bump, Rock breaks the submission, Cena comes from nowhere, hits the FU on Rock... STYLES CLASH on Roman... NEW CHAMPION.

Things are worse, Raw starts with the beating HHH gave to Roman, and they do a terrible Black and White effect over them to not show any blood.
 
Apparently Roman really has been under the knife - seemingly got clobbered by Sheamus at a house show and been working with a bad nose for ~2 months, deviated septum!

Still we can take solace in the rumour that SAMI FREAKING ZAYN is scheduled for a match at WM32 so should appear on RAW very soon! :D
