The Book of Boba Fett - Star Wars Series (Disney)

Yeah, nothing special, although this is in the Book of Boba Fett, so possibly couldn't do much to really do more there. But my personal thoughts are they are wasting last years last minute cameo when they could have capitalised on it more. So it seems that the Darksaber is in Grogus future. Which is fine, it was one of the theories I had back in the first season. But they missed a beat where they could have still kept the ties to Luke and work stuff on that front too. Or at least not make last years Luke cameo kinda pointless. Same old Gorgu stuff though, especially right at the end. Cute. :)
A damn shame he died. A damn shame... but you should wait for after credits scene to see where this takes the story. Looks like Fennec may have some company other than the mod crew.
Overall, I liked it. Understood why some things went as they did, but still, personally would have done some stuff differently. But thats just me. :)

it was ..ok

not anything surprising or amazing but just ok

rancor / din / boba duel with cad was all fine
nothing really unexpected or surprising or exciting?
shame to admit but RR is not good at the action, cheap slo mo and poorly executed action bits, the mod gang still bad / stick out like a sore thumb
anyone else feel like they had grander ideas but maybe covid or something made it hard to do?

Talk about bad guys not being able to hit a barn door.. Hero armour was strong this Episode..

Honestly? WTF Apart from the Mod woman in red leggings, that i seem to really like her eyes... Every other secondary character is/was awful, costumes not quiet worn in, pristine looking junk.
The episode was way too long, i mean i really checked the time left a couple of times. Too much fighting? Too much repetitive nonsense fighting, feel sorry for Cad Bane...but no one ever dies...Unless they die...King King rancor. Grogu lol . I would best describe that episode as a "star wars milkshake" all the flavours stuffed in a blender and spread on Disney channel.
Really bloody violent too, some real executions and overkills. Still..... :p nice.

Also check this out
a swedish friend pointed this out to me, uncanny surely not coincidence.

Enjoyed the last episode, had a lot going on, even the little rat catcher droid made an appearance at the end.

i doubt bane is dead, when it panned up his body you heard a beeping sound, presumably something to do with the life support system on his back. Never realised that character was modelled on Lee Van Cleef playing the part of Angel Eyes in the good, the bad and the ugly, hard to unsee the slight resemblance now.

Those bad guys must learn shooting and cover from star wars stormtroopers. They just stand in the middle of the street stationary with no cover. WTF

Also, whenever i see those fashion bikers it takes me out of the series completely. They don't fit in at all.

Back to being poor again.

Some Horrible scenes in the final. Lots of cringe.

Loved the spaceship scene at the end hah

Over all felt like two separate shows stiched into one.

Great episode - loads going on!

Marshal Vanth dead? Wasn't that him in the tank at the end?

Cad Bane. Didn't know this character, but he was awesome - why kill off such a cool character.

Gamorrean guards - no mention of these dying, just forgotten about and moved on :(

Didn't realise it was the season finale though ;(

Really starting to think some people are watching a different show, this episode had a lot going on and yet still not enough, seemingly.

I don't think Bane is dead, such a good character. The pig guards are definitely dead though.

Not exactly anything new is it? It's commonplace, especially in Star Wars.

i never said it was?…I even pointed out it's just like Stormtroopers.

It's like i pointed out the obvious and you pointed out to me I pointed out the obvious and I pointed back to you that I did point out the obvious. lol

Han Solo and Chewie edited out of episode 7 as late as last week before the release???? I wonder what their role would have been in all that. Only a cameo surely?

It's ok, Boba is a grown man. You don't have to keep fighting his battles

Anyway, the finale ended like how the season started... a disappointment. Final episode presented us with a set of poorly paced fight scenes which came across very cartoonish.
