even if it is that's just lazy, limit ammo and require people to miss less shot or something, no hp regen, limit hp pickups

Not necessarily, played many games where harder settings mean enemies take more ammo to make them go down. This is nothing new.

If it's like most modern released games like GOW harder difficulty is more change to be one shotted by mobs.

This should look awesome on my oled. Horror games and oleds are a match made in heaven.

I watched a bit of it at 1080p 60fps, looks very smooth and no bugs observed. Now to wait until Friday

Hoping we get some extra GFX goodies on PC like RT lighting/shadows etc.

I caved and pre-ordered. I rarely buy new, I usually go for sale items. I think the last full price game I bought was Cyberpunk!
