Does anyone know of a product that I can spray onto the car then rinse off? Whilst doing so applies a wax layer or protection layer?

I swear I have seen something like it but can't find it anywhere.

Thanks

Really? Only a few posts above I show an exact product. What's with the skim reading.

Just used some Bilt Hamber auto wheel clean.

Amazing stuff !
Yeah I use some too but will be trying some carpro hydr02 sealant next as it can be used on both body and wheels. And then you don't need to use a wheel cleaner every time as standard car shampoo or even just water might do.

I'm a big fan of hydro2! Two weeks after application and only did a two bucket wash.

Car was covered in dirt after heavy rain last week.

Hi guys. Wife is collecting a 2014 Peugeot 3008 this week. Its a good clean car with low miles. I am just wondering is it worth sealing the paint with supaguard that you can buy from ebay. Or it is just as good keeping it polished and waxed like I do with my celica?

supaguard not worth it you will get better results with normal wax

Nah just give it a glaze and apply a wax or sealant, like above your post :)

Another user here for CarPro Hydro2. Fantastic stuff.

I am wondering though, is it better to apply this and then hand wax with carnauba or wax first and then apply the Hydro2?

so I'm picking up a new car next month - its about time I bought some car supplies for her.

I'll need pretty much everything, starting from scratch so looking for recommendations for a jet washer, snow foam, and car products - can any one help with recommendations please? :)

whats the best thing to use to revive old black leather seats?

want something easy to use and i'm not so anal about having a perfect finish. i don't want to be using sandpaper, paint, filler, etc.

want an easy to use product. less faff the better.

Got a photo of them? Could be they just need a clean then condition.

Not really, 150 for the pressure washer~ and the rest isn't really an issue :)

Mwahahaha.

Karcher K4 pressure washer. About £170 from Argos but shop around and you should find it cheaper.

Snow foam - there's far better people on here to advise on that.

Shampoo - Meguiars gold class.

Get yourself a Farecla G3 clay mitt.

Car towels - I quite like the purple monster (edgeless) although for some reason mine are blue...

Autoglym super resin polish is a good shout for a nice shine.

Meguiars quick detailer - can serve as lube for the mitt and also does what it says.

Wax - just got myself some poorboys Natty's paste. Great shine. Smells like bubblegum :)

Bit of a gimmick really, a good powered jet wash will remove more dirt than snow foam.

If you want some though, bilt hamber auto foam or magifoam is good stuff.

I like my autobrite HD lance but still playing with dilutions of magifoam to get the prewash working aswell as id like. It's great for debris/grit and softening flies mud etc but things like citrus spray and of course wash mitts with shampoo are what's needed for that traffic film, that or a really well prepped and waxed car to get a touchless wash.
