I've some marks on my car, I think it's from bird poo that hasn't been cleaned in time. It's hard to see on the picture but in daylight, it's visible up close...

What would be the best way to get rid of this? T-Cut or maybe Autoglym paint renovator?

Ok, I went around the car and got the scratches out. This stuff is brill, it saved me around 132-182 quid (that's how much detailers quoted me for getting the scratches and small paint imperfections out lol).

After (First scratch remover paste and then paint renovator) p.s. Use the liquid version, think it might work a bit better. With the paste, it dries out fairly quickly and its handy to have a bit of water that you can spray to keep it moist. :p

Thanks :)

There were few areas that I sorted out, I didn't take photos to compare. It works a treat though, great for removing any adhesive leftovers after debadging too! I managed to get rid of the outline, that wouldn't come off with my spray on polisher. :p

Hi all,

Moving to a new house soon with a drive out front and a garden tap at the back so I'm wanting to buy a pressure washer for mine and the wife's cars, also will want a snow foam lance and some shampoo for the snow foam (which doesn't strip wax), anyone got any recommendations? Ideally fairly cheap, but don't mind paying for quality.

Thanks in advance.

I bought the cheapest snow foam lance on Amazon, it was ~$15 and does a great job. I'm just using my usual wash soap in it for now (Megs Ultimate Wash & Wax). I was actually just coming to ask if it's worth buying some 'snow foam soap'?

Hmm T-Cut the wife's 2006 Matiz.. it's amazing how much road tar it gets rid of.. but the car has lots of stone chips and door dings :/

Anyone else feel cursed when it comes to cleaning there car? I spent 2 hours on mine yesterday only to come out of work today and find something seemed to have had explosive diarrhoea all over my bonnet, roof and windscreen. It was literally everywhere! Why does this only happen when it’s clean?
If its not birds crapping on it everytime it will no doubt rain even if the forecast says dry all week.
Don’t think my car stays clean for longer than 24hrs. Don’t know why I bother sometimes
