I used Autoglym Glass Polish on my interior windows today. The side windows are now fogging up badly and the windscreen glares from headlights/streetlamps. I think I used it correctly, buff on, leave to dry, buff off. Any ideas?

Gents, anyone bought http://www.halfords.com/motoring/ca...-bodywork-wheels-and-interior-gift-collection either as a whole set or individually?

Anything else I need? I'm guessing i'll need two buckets and a sponge applicator for the polish and gloss protection? It comes with a normal sponge for cleaning I guess, microfiber cloth and finishing cloth.

I think it does come with a basic sponge (mine did) but I'd invest in a proper lambswool or microfibre mitt. Relatively cheap and definitely worth it.

Going to give mine a decent clean this weekend, but rather time limited. Figured it was a good time to try out Auto Finesse Tripple with a coat of Bilt Hamber Double Speed wax on top, will see how well it does at filling in the collection of swirl marks from past owners!

Has anyone had any luck with polishing out very fine scratches/grazes on their windscreen? The sort that you can't feel with a fingernail. My dad wants me to see if I can remove some from his.

Its very very difficult to get marks out of glass.

You will need a rotary, rayon pad & Car Pro Ceriglass to have any hope.

I used Tripple at the weekend...very pleased with the results. Not sure how long it’s going to last though!

Does anyone have a Nilfisk C110 and a Autobrite lance? I've lost the connector I had and can't remember which is the right one to buy.

Using scholl S20 and purple spider pad, which is definitely not aggressive enough.

It's hard to judge in the garage how much was removed, especially when the swirling is removed leaving the more deeper scratches.

Next time I'd probably go with a navy blue spider or sandwich pad as the BMW paint is definitely hard to cut.

I have a C110 and have this attachment.
Hmm that o-ring defo needs replacing lol

Thanks. You have the older style snow foam lance like I have too so I definitely know it'll fit. Seems there's a newer model lance with a different shape bottle. No idea if they use the same connector and adapter though.
