i put about 4 hours into mine last wednesday. i was meant to wash it.

two washes later, polished twice, 3-4 coats of sealant, waxed the wheels and polished the exhaust it was spiffingly clean

800 miles later and it still looks great

The autobrite snow foam lance arrived today, i was running round like a little school girl tested it on my TT first then the g.f's KA once i got the right settings.

Amazing products Super Snow Foam and AutoBrite Lance

Then i found the right settings, if it was not fun before, this was Awsome.

I am tempted into 'Snow Foam'. What is needed for it?

Autobrite snow foam lance, £45 + offer on at the moment look detailing world (group buy section) for £52 i got 5liters of Super snow foam aswell including 1l of citrus degreaser with foaming top and bottle.

And of course a pressure washer decent one i would say with 100+ bar plus prehaps? I have a Karcher, you need to specify as the connections differ for each lance. I have a K6060 which is massive pressure washer with 130+ bar but i think you can get away with the £60 - £70 Karchers.

Ok, so I'm in the process of buying a new set of cleaning products. I already have loads of microfibre cloths etc - can anyone check the following list of products and see if they are all ok?

Washing :
Chemical Guys - Citrus Wash & Gloss
Eurow - Sheepskin Wash Mitt

Polish/Wax
Chemical Guys - All-In-One Polish
Chemical Guys - XXX Hardcore Paste Wax

Wheels/Tyres
Poorboys Wheel Sealant
Premium Blue Rim & Wheel Cleaner
Trim & Tyre Dressing Applicator
Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel

Interior

Poorboys - Natural Look Dressing

Any advice?

hey gangsters

can you recommend me a good glass cleaner? i do zillions of miles and end up with bugs all over it. im not too fussed if its a squeezy paste or a spray, but i want it to clear off bugs, grease and id like to be able to use it on the inside of the glass to get rid of that mist too

what do you recommend?

Scotch Brite magic eraser pads are awesome for getting your leather wheel back to its original matte finish.

Sod buying a new wheel @ £200 when £2 on some magic pads works wonders

Wash looks fine, i personally like Megs Gold Class 64oz only £14.99 and will last well over a year

All in one is good, as for wax i would try R222 Carnauba Wax or Pete 's 53

As for tyres Billberry can not praise enough, new look trim is good, but i find it poor on tyres i use x2 coats of Meguiars High Gloss Tyre gel interior looks fine, and gliptone if you have leather.

autogylmn glass polish

job done :)

get it on 3 for 3 at halfords with some other bits and bobs. Autoglymn SRP and EGP ?

autoglym fast glass? im not sure if there are another 2 products i need at the moment, but im sure i can convince myself i need something

You reckon that will work OK on rubber? Ive been after something to clean my steering wheel with that wont make it slippery. All interior cleaning products specifically state not to be used on wheels, gearsticks, etc.
