*Sorry to the mods if screwfix is deemed a competitor to OCUK.*

Used some of the methods mentioned here for the first time and was pretty pleased with the results :D

Tried out the Pilberry wheel cleaner at last, these wheels are a beatch to keep clean so thought i would give it a try.

A quick blast with the jetwash and voila

Rain then stopped play so a wax and seal will have to wait.

asdas had some brilliant bright green microfibre ones with a foam reverse side (for windscreen bugs)

only a few quid

My mum got me one of these, they are crap.

Get the halfords sheepskin washmitts, I have just got a few and the quality is better than the Eurow's from CYC which have started to fall apart after only a few months.

thought id ask for some advice, the car had some sor of glue on the headlights and i cant seem to shift it any ideas?

Niiice! I'm going to range later to see if I can nab a pressure washer so will be able to make use of such awesomeness :D

Im going to give me car a quick clean. I don't own a jet wash just a normal hose. Is it worth me going past a petrol station to give it a qiock blast? The cars quite dirty atm.

Ok thanks. I'm not getting any pleasure out of cleaning my car anymore. It needs machining as the swirl marks really make me not want to spend too much time on her...

SoliD asked me to have a look at the Range down the road to see if they sell Nilfisk pressure washers as detailing world recommended them above Karcher ones and lo and behold they sold em - £39.99.

I scanned the barcode on my phone and the cheapest it found online was £54.99 at a competitor so I bought it :)

Used it to clean the wheels and test out the power on some paving slabs out back and it's pretty powerful, managed to rip away the dirt ground into the slabs and of course the break dust from my alloys :p

Will do a proper clean over the weekend or on Monday.

So far it's excellent, can get some snow foam now too as it comes with a cannister that attaches on.

It comes with the shampoo/foam cannister, 2x heads (rotating blast and flat blast).
