Told myself not to buy any more car cleaning products because I already had getting on for ten quick detailer type products before you get in to any other type of product, then the Soft99 Black Friday event happened. Missed out on their Neutral Creamy Shampoo (left ordering for 24 hours and it sold out ), so I bought Soft99 'Pitch' instead which appears to be a tar/iron spot remover which I'll try on the wheels at some point.

205,000 miles now and she doesn't scrub up too bad.

Also bought Soft99 Speed & Barrier, Luxury Gloss Wax, Fukupika and a 3-pack of detailing brushes in the Soft99 sale. Bought P&S Beadmaker a couple of weeks ago as well, I think I have an addiction...

You did what now! Step up from Fairy Liquid and a sponge...

What did you think? Trying to finish off the products I have before try but for maintenance seems worth a try.

Used Glaco DX on the glass today, tested the wipers and no judder.

Think it's all in the prep, used a rinseless wash on the glass, used Glaco compound, used rinseless to remove as much of the compound as possible before using BH Cleanser Fluid to 100% remove remainants of the compound.

After applying DX I leveled with a damp microfibre, before buffing with a dry one.

Is BH auto foam better than BH touchless?
I still had a film over the bonnet, I thought it would have removed it better. It was loose, I could run my finger through it and you could see where, just thought it would have lifted with the pressure washer.

I’ve always found it tricky to get the concentration right, but once found it removes most, but not all of the grime.

Hi

touchless is the new improved version

what ratio did you do ?
its only a "pre Wash" but should remove most light dusting

Perhaps I'm expecting too much! I'm new to foaming.
It did nothing to the front wheels either, should foam? I thought it would do a bit. Back wheels were ok, not much dust on them to start with.
Not sure on the ratio, I have a new pressure washer and it's a new foam cannon and I haven't timed it yet, so I just chucked some in.
